Join or manage a Rhetoric organization

Joining as a member

• Invite link or QR code: open it, set your password, you're in. Links are single-use; email invites are tied to the invited address.
• Domain joining: if your organization enabled it, sign up with your work/school email on the join page and your seat activates (some organizations review requests first; you'll see a pending state until an admin approves).

Seats, not surveillance: organization admins manage seats only. They can never see your speeches, transcripts, sessions, or scores; practice stays private to each member. Admins never gain access to your support conversations either.

For admins

• The organization page shows your roster, pending requests, and invite tools (email invites, links, QR batches).
• Approve or deny pending seat requests from the same page; a pending request holds a seat until you decide.
• Out of seats or nearing renewal? Reply to your quote email or contact support; team plans are handled person-to-person.
